SAMONA LODGE

You will be amazed as you walk through virgin jungle, where around 400 species of plants have been identified in one hectare alone. Magnificently coloured birds, of wich there are 500 species, fly overhead.

Monkeys, sloths, anteaters, armadillos, tapirs, jaguars, manaties and fresh water dolphins are just some of the mammals that live here, along with a great variety of reptiles such as snakes, caiman and the great anaconda and numerous fish, including Paiche(Arapaima), measuring over 3 meters in length and the famous piranha.

JAMU LODGE

Before to arrive to Jamu Lodge, visitors take a motorized canoe for two hours aproximately, during the trip you might observe differents animals like Caciques, Oropendolas, Greater Anis, and the prhistoric Hoatzin.

Also, you have the opportunity for visiting the Tarapuy Community, and to share with them some of their traditions. You can prepare with them the Casabe the traditional bread made of yucca.

DRACAENA LODGE

In order to give to our passsenger the best service. We ha trained all its staff in specific areas related to the tour. Experienced natuturalist guides trained in Biology and Eco-toursim, experienced cooks in normal and vegetarian food. We work with the commnunity members, being our guides, cokks, helpers and canoe-drivers.
