Do I need a travel insurance? We always recomend to our passengers to have a their own travel insurance for travelling with tranquility. Sometimes some yachts need this document like an additional requeriment. But if in your trip you need this request and you don´t have it, you can copy the next letter and fill with your own information and the information of the yacht.

If passengers do not get life insurance to travel to Galapagos Islands, neither (“yacht company”) nor the contracted Galapagos Natural Life S.A will assume any accident charges or hospitalization expenses happened during the tour on (“yacht name”) in any case on board of another boat if an up grade will be necessary
