Which are the reservations and cancelations policies?
RESERVATION POLICIES

All reservations must be sent by fax or e-mail and are valid only with confirmed sign of Galapagos Natural Life

Reservations made 90 or more days prior the departure have 10 days to confirm with deposit of the 30% per person.

Reservations made between 89 to 60 days prior the departure have 5 days to confirm with deposit of 40% per person.
-
Reservations made between 59 or less days prior the departure have to pay immediately the deposit of 50% per person.
-
Balance due must be paid 45 days prior the departure.
CANCELATIONS POLICIES

Cancellations can be made 120 days prior the departure with no fees.

Cancellations made between 119-60 days prior departure of the cruise $ 300 per person will be charged like penalty.

Cancellations made between 59-30 days prior departure of the cruise 40% of the total rate will be charged like penalty.
-
Cancellations made between 29-0 days prior departure total fare will be charged like penalty.
