<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 1: OTAVALO <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Pick Up in Magic Bean Restaurant, La Mariscal Quito.
\nDriving north of Quito is the most famous indigenous market of Ecuador: Otavalo, full of traditions and handcrafts. Before arriving to this magic place, you will visit Calderon, a small town famous for \u201cMazapan\u201d handicrafts. Following the route is Cayambe, the perfect place to see how people prepare biscuits using a traditional technique. Next stop will be a view point to enjoy the landscape of Imbabura volcano (4610 mts.) and San Pablo lagoon.
\nYour next and most anxious spot will be Otavalo market, where you will spend time shopping and some quality time with your friends. You will fall in love with all variety of handicrafts.
\nThen you will go to Cotacachi to have a delicious lunch and explore the leather local work shops for a great landscape ending at Cuicocha\u00b4s view point.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 2: COTOPAXI<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Pick Up in Magic Bean Restaurant, La Mariscal Quito.
\nThe tour begins. We are going to travel approximately for 1 and a half or 2 hours.
\nThe first technical stop is going to be on the entrance of the National Park, because we have to pay the entrance fee. Also, if you want, you might buy some handicrafts at the small market. The products that you will find are made by the people of the near communities. This is the last opportunity for having a pair of gloves and cap of wool for being warm.
\nWe are going to visit the Interpretation Center \u201cMariscal Sucre\u201d. Inside it, we are going to have an explanation about different aspects of the National Park (history, animals, plants, others).
\nWe are going to arrive at a big esplanade of the park. It is a good moment to take pictures and see the landscape.
\nWe are going to be at the parking lot. We need to take the appropriate clothes and water for beginning to climb.
\nWe are going to walk for approximately 40 minutes (it depends of your fitness)
\nWe have deserved a rest at the refuge (Jos\u00e9 Rivas). After a moment, the people who wants to arrive until the glacier can go for a walk of 25 minutes more. And also if the weather conditions are good, you are going to have a beautiful view of the mountains and the landscapes. After that, we return to the refuge, for having lunch. It is an excellent moment, for sharing experiences with friends, while you are drinking a delicious cup of hot chocolate.
\nWe continue our tour, now we have to come back to the parking lot, and take the bikes to go downhill until the Limpiopungo Lake
\nWe are on the parking lot. Take the bikes and enjoy the trip. It could be for 40 minutes (it depends of your ability).
\nArrive to the Limpiopungo Lake. We have a moment for resting and walking. After that, we come back to Quito.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 3: LAGO AGRIO \u2013 CUYABENO<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Pick Up in your Hotel in Quito.
\nFlight (9:15 am) or bus (trip the night before the tour – 8 hours) to Lago Agrio. Private land transportation from Lago Agrio to El Puente. Canoe trip down the Cuyabeno River to our lodge. Lunch. Visit the Laguna Grande to swim and enjoy the sunset. Dinner. Exciting night walk.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 4: HIKING DAY<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Breakfast.: Morning: three-hour hike in the primary forest to learn about flora and fauna, especially to know about medicinal plants, frogs, insects, birds, etc. Lunch at the camp. Relax, in the afternoon paddle in a traditional canoe on the Lagoons or rivers to explore und enjoy the uniqueness of nature. Where you can swim and enjoy the sunset. If conditions permit, you may be able to see pink dolphins. Return to lodge. Dinner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 5: COMMUNITY DAY<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Breakfast. Visit the Community Siona Tarabeaya, preparation of artisan chocolate and tropical fruits tasting additionally you can see the preparation of the traditional bread (Casabe) and the naturalist guide will explain about the culture and traditions of native people. Lunch. Visit the Shaman, who will explain about the ceremonies in the jungle. Return to camp. Dinner. Night canoe expedition in search of caimans.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 6: CUYABENO<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Early morning bird watching. Breakfast. Navigating the Cuyabeno River back to El Puente. Box Lunch. Transfer to Lago Agrio. Return to Quito by bus or plane (17:00pm).

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 7: QUILOTOA \u2013 BA\u00d1OS<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Pick Up in your Hotel in Quito.
\nThe tour begins. We are going to travel for around 2.5 hours, from Latacunga to Quilotoa Lake. During the travel we are going to visit different places. Like Saquisil\u00ed, the Las Cruces community and Quilotoa community.
\nWe have the first technical bus stop, on Saquisil\u00ed town. There, you are going to visit the different popular markets of the town.
\nAt the first market, people of the community go there, for selling animals, such as: \u201cLlamas\u201d, pigs, cows, sheep, lambs.
\nIn the second market you are going to observe how the people sell their small animals, like: chicken, \u201ccuy\u201d (guinea pig), rabbits. Also you might observe the different kinds of products for consume of themselves. There, you might observe products, for example: onion, potatoes, tomato, green \/ red pepper, \u201cmellocos\u201d, and others. Also, you can see different products on the section of the \u201cmercado de pulgas\u201d, where you can find products of second use, with good prices.
\nOn the third market, you are going to find three sections:
\nFirst: handicrafts products artisanal, like: clothes made with wool,
\nSecond: That is the section of food, you are going to see the different kind of typical food of the zone.
\nThird: you are going to see, products like grains, flour of different kind of grains, between others.
\nAfterwards there is the departure to the \u201cLas Cruces\u201d Community; we are going to be there in approximately 1 hour. You might observe their typical clothes and also you can take a look inside their houses. But the most important thing, is that you are going to be with them in a typical indigenous house made of straw. Sharing with them a few moments talking, watching and learning from them, how their life is, and how they prepare the earth for to sow.
\nIf you want experiment another kind of tourism. It is your opportunity.
\nWe will go to the Quilotoa Lake. We are going to pass the zumbahua community, and finally we are going to arrive to the Quilotoa community, before we go to the lake. We are going to have the lunch. (You might choose one of the three options: llama, chicken, vegetarian food).
\nNow we continue with traveling, the time for arriving to the lake is approximately 50 minutes (It depends of your fitness). At begging of the down, you are going to have a wonderful view of the lake with a turquoise color. It\u00b4s a good moment for taking pictures, after that, we continue following the pad.
\nWhen you arrive to the bottom you are going to have moments for walking, near to the water. Also, you are going to smell the minerals which are mixed with the water. If you want, you might rent to the people of the community some small boats for navigating in the lake.
\nWe need continue with our trip, but now we are going to the top, in mules or donkeys. The time for doing it is approximately 40 min. When you arrive to the top, you might buy some handicrafts at the artisanal market of the community. Then, we go back to Quito.
\nWe arrive to Ba\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 8: BA\u00d1OS \u2013 ALAUSI<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

A route where you can travel through the jungle, waterfalls, rivers located between two National Parks such as El Sangay and Los Llanganates, located on the road Ba\u00f1os-Puyo. In this ecological corridor you can admire each of the waterfalls as: Agoy\u00e1n, Mantle of the Bride, Pail\u00f3n del Diablo and Machay, after doing this tour you can perform activities such as canopy, tarabita, cayoning and bunjee jumping.
\nIt is a perfect place to enjoy a PICNIC with friends or family, likewise enjoy the fabulous views of Tungurahua volcano and the mountains that surround the city of Ba\u00f1os Ecuador, and if you like and are not afraid of heights and adrenaline you can go up to the most famous swing that Ecuador has.
\nIf you are lucky you will be able to witness an interesting talk about the number of eruptions that have arisen over the last 15 years by the expert and watchman of the Military Geographical Institute Mr. Carlos Sanchez, in this conversation you will be able to observe the different type of volcanic rocks Expelled, the eruptive phases, and to know in depth the majestic Mama Tungurahua.

\nTransport to Alaus\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 9: ALAUSI \u2013 INGAPIRCA<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

After breakfast we are gonna be part of a georgus travel by train to \u201cLa Nariz del Diablo\u201d considered one of the train engineering spectacles of the world. You will descend gradually from the highlands to the lowlands, at times zigzagging, or hugging the cliffs. In the descent at the lowest point, an interesting rock will appear on the horizon. The train descends and then returns to Alausi again
\nWe are gonna take a delicious lunch on the city and continue to Ingapirca ruins
\nIt\u2019s the most important ruins left by the cultures of Ecuador. The vast archeological complex includes Inca and pre Inca ruins. The \u201cTemple of the Sun\u201d is an architectural marvel to behold.
\nThen we are going to continue to Cuenca. Overnight.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 10: CUENCA \u2013 GUAYAQUIL<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

On Cuenca we are gonna have a great overview point with the visit to TURI, this place is the most important point to see thin awesome colonial city. Then we continue to the down town to visit \u201cLa Catedral\u201d a beautifull church in the center of Cuenca, Abdon Calderon street, \u201cLa Calle Larga\u201d the flowers street, the great place to learn more about Cuenca\u2019s culture.
\nCuenca also has a nature part to visit, Parque Nacional El Cajas, is only 1 hour away from the city an excellent place to see lagoons as La Toreadora, after a short path we are gonna take a chocolate to continue our trip to Guayaquil
\nArrive to Guayaquil at night.

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 11: GUAYAQUIL - GALAPAGOS (San Cristobal Island) <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Arrival by plane to San Cristobal airport, and, hotel check in, welcome lunch.
\nVisit to Los Lobos Island
\nWe are gonna have our first snorqueling at Los Lobos, where we are gonna have the oportunity to see a big rock where tropical fish live, a great experience in this clear water.
\nLunch in town
\nVisit to Tijeretas Hill\/Punta Carola\/Playa Mann
\nAfter a rest and the lunch in town we have the snorqueling in Tijeretas Hill where we can see Turtles, fish in the clear water.
\nAfter we continue along the beach to arrive at Punta Carola to continue to Playa Mann were we have time to relax on the beach or do snorqueling, we can choose between these options.

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 12: GALAPAGOS (San Cristobal Island 360\u00b0) <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\nSite 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Leon Dormido (Snorkeling with sharks, stingrays, sea turtles and fish varieties).
\nSite 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Cerro Brujo (Panga Ride – Footografia: Arch of the cathedral, Blue-footed and Pelican boobies).
\nSite 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Bahia Sardina (Snorkeling, landscape photography, walk on the beach, resting place on the beach).
\nSite 4:<\/strong>\u00a0Punta Pitt (Bird watching and photography (blue-footed, red-footed and nazca boobies), optional fishing).

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 13: GALAPAGOS (Espa\u00f1ola Island) <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Punta Suarez<\/strong>: Punta Suarez is located on the west end of the island. The tourist trail is about 2 km long and goes from one end of the island to the other while revealing the spectacular life of the birds. There are many blue-footed boobies nesting, which must be careful not to step on one of their nests (depending on season). You can observe red marine iguanas that are spread out in the sun or buzzards on top of the trees. They hunt the juvenile blue-footed boobies. Following the path, you can find masked boobies that are nesting almost all year round on the cliffs. The culminating moment of the tour is undoubtedly the colony of the Galapagos albatross, which are endemic to this island, not found anywhere else in the islands or the world. In mid-March and the end of December there are around 12,000 of these fascinating birds with wings of around 2.40m. On the cliffs they seem to be really uncomfortable but when they fly they are the kings of heaven. A short distance from the albatross colony is the Blow Hole. This is a source of water up to 20m (50-75 feet) high that has been created by waves. All energy is pressed through a small hole between the cliff. The phenomenon resembles a geyser. The walk lasts between 2 and 2:30.<\/p>\n

Gardner Islet:<\/strong> About 50 m from the coast is a rock where you can find tropical fish and rays while doing surface diving. But more spectacular is the Gardner Rock that can be reached with a panga. This is the home of reef white reef sharks and other colorful sea inhabitants popular with divers. You can also do 1 dive in spectacular caves, and in its course we observe turtles, sea lions, fish and Sharks Depending on the itinerary of the boat, it can be in the morning or in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Day 14: GALAPAGOS (Santa Cruz Island)<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Transfer from San Cristobal to Puerto Ayora in Santa Cruz Island.
\nIt can be the next following tours: Highlands and Charles Darwin Station OR Santa Cruz Tour Bay:<\/strong>
\nHighlands and Charles Darwin Station<\/strong>: Visit to the El Chato 1, El Chato 2 or Primicias Farm, in any of these you can see the Giant Galapagos Tortoises and the typical vegetation of Galapagos. (There is the perfect place to enjoy the delicious lunch), and after transfer to Puerto Ayora to your Hotel.
\nSanta Cruz Bay Tour<\/strong>: La Lober\u00eda (snorkel), Pool of Reef Sharks, Franklin Bay, Las Grietas (snorkel), Playa de los perros. Upon entering the canal you will see blue-footed boobies, pelicans, Great frigatebirds and Brown Noddys. On the path along the beach and leading to the pool of reef sharks, many sally lightfoot crabs (zayapas) are seen. On the path to Playa de los Perros finches will accompany you, and finally at the beach you will find marine iguanas, sea lions sally lightfoot and hermit crabs Disembark at Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island.

In 1989 a circular path around the largest crater was opened, which passes through the interior of the Scalesia forest, an excellent place to observe land birds, especially the woodpecker finch and the vermillion flycatcher.
