Booking 

To confirm any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the cruise cost per passenger is required within 3  business days from the booking date. Only when this deposit is received the booking is considered confirmed.  Balance must be paid 60 days prior to departure.

If no deposit is received within 8 business days, the blocked spaces will be released. Final payment (70% balance) must be completed 60 days prior to the cruise departure date for individual bookings

Cancellation Policies 

• Cancellations can be made 120 days or more, before departure of the cruise 15% per person as a penalty. (Of the Total Amount)
• Cancellations made between 119-61 days, before departure of the cruise 40% per person will be charged as a penalty. (Of the Total Amount)
• Cancellations made between 60-0 days, before departure, the total fare (100%) will be charged like a penalty.
• Except Christmas, and New Year departures, in this case the cancellation is 100% from 1 – 150 days before the departure.

An unforeseen drawback can occur as an emergency illness, an accident or surgery, lack of a close relative, loss of international flights, etc. Galapagos Natural Life recommends that each passenger hire travel cancellation insurance and health insurance so that this insurance can cover a mishap since if the tourist does not travel for these reasons, it will cover the cancellation of the trip.
